“I was blessed to have parents that supported my dreams and sent me off to chase them, becoming a global citizen of the world at the ripe age of 19. I lived in London, Los Angeles, New York in my carefree twenties. I moved to the Holy land Israel roots and a bit of soul and lived in Tel Aviv. The war happened and I came back home to Cape Town, I have been back since 2015 and couldn’t be happier to be surrounded by the ones I love.
Family is everything to me and I’m so blessed that we are so close especially during these unprecendented times.
To make a living from my art while travelling the world is the greatest blessing and I don’t take it for granted for one second. One of my career highlights was playing the lead alternate role in the hit musical EVITA, it was an absolute dream come true. I taught myself how to DJ between musical tours and I love bringing joy to people through music it really does have the power to connect us in such a wonderful way. When I am not on stage or behind the decks, you can find me at my easel painting, usually large figurative or portrait oil paintings.

In 2019, I was fortunate enough to play the lead alternate in our second tour of EVITA which toured across 10 cities in China, would you believe I was in Wuhan in September 2019 and left China just before the Chinese New Year when the Corona Virus outbreak started. Never could I have imagined that 2 weeks before our tour ended, I would find a lump in my breast. In 2020, I braved my journey fighting breast cancer and I’m thrilled to tell you that my treatment is done and I’m in good spirits.”
