Dan Brett Rosenthal 

Dan Brett Rosenthal (b. 1982) is an artist and photographer whose work explores our concepts of identity.

His abstract cityscapes seek zen-like simplicity and, having grown up in Johannesburg, the skyscraper has been a symbol in his work that portrays striving and grwoth but also the dry, unhabited urban jungle of the modern world. His photographs explore place ad people, constantly trying to find a balace between the two - always asking the wuestions“Who am I?” and “What is this?”

He works in a variety of media including lino prints, ink on paper, collage, digital art, photography and painting.

He is also a solo singer-songwriter with two albums released.
